4G / LTE · MOBILE DATA
Slow downloads? Video calls breaking up? When weak reception is the cause, a compatible LTE signal booster will improve mobile data performance on your phone or cellular router.
Help improve my LTE signal ↗Start with a signal assessment.
Match your network. Match your bands.
Data speeds depend on outdoor signal quality, supported frequency bands, network congestion, your device and installation. No fixed Mbps increase is guaranteed. A cellular booster does not extend Wi-Fi coverage or create a signal where none is available.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
System Design Experts Devices proudly offers ICASA-approved solutions, ensuring compliance with South Africa’s regulatory standards for electronic communications. Our cutting-edge devices deliver reliable performance while meeting all necessary certification requirements for quality and safety.

WHERE DO YOU NEED BETTER SIGNAL?
The right cellphone signal booster depends on the signal available outside, your network’s frequencies and the space you want to cover.

A STRONGER CONNECTION, EXPLAINED
A cellphone signal booster, also called a cellular repeater, receives an existing mobile network signal, amplifies it and rebroadcasts it into the area where you need better reception.
It can improve call reliability and mobile data performance when weak reception is the problem. It cannot create coverage where there is no usable signal, or fix network congestion.
Explore the installation guide ↗An external antenna receives the usable signal outside your building.
The booster strengthens the supported bands. Your model must match your network at that location.
An internal antenna distributes the boosted signal. Placement and antenna separation matter.

Ask Wendy a question ↗The best choice matches your network’s frequencies, the quality of the outdoor signal and the rooms you want to cover. Share your location, mobile network, building size and reception problem with SDE before choosing a model. A higher gain figure alone does not guarantee better results.
It must support the frequency bands used by your network at your location. Options are available for MTN, Vodacom, Telkom and Cell C applications, but not every model supports every band or service. Confirm compatibility with the team before buying.
A booster needs a usable existing signal at the external antenna. If there is no usable signal there, it has nothing to amplify. An assessment can help determine whether a better antenna position or another connectivity solution is needed.
A compatible booster may improve mobile data when weak cellular reception is the limiting factor. It does not directly extend your Wi-Fi network or increase your network operator’s capacity. A Wi-Fi extender solves a different problem.
The cost depends on the model, supported bands, antennas, cabling and installation work. View the product pages for current equipment prices. For a complete setup, ask SDE to help identify what your site needs before comparing quotes.
Yes. Contact the team for installation guidance or help finding an installer. Antenna positioning, separation, cable losses and building layout affect performance, so discuss the site before mounting the equipment.
Ask SDE for the approval documentation for the exact model you intend to purchase, together with its installation requirements. Do this before ordering if you need the documents for your project.
