Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it on purchase.

It must also be in the original packaging accompanied by original tax invoice.

Non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products.
  • Used RF Connectors.
  • Used, damaged and dirty coaxial cable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds could be granted:

  • Any booster from a kit that has been unpacked and installed, but still pefectly new will be tested and will be considered within 7 days.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery but within it’s warranty period. (subject to test and inspection)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you are waiting for a refund, please first check your bank account before contacting our accounts department.

If paid by credit card it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.


All our appliances, radio’s, cables and repeaters are tested before leaving our stores. No defective or damaged goods will be dispatched.

If you need to exchange it for the another item, you will need to courier the product complete with all it’s documents in it’s original packaging or physically bring it into

our stores for credit and re-invoicing at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a product suffers a component failure under warranty we will cover courier costs both to and from our premises within the borders of South  Africa.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
